Career Opportunities

Technical Support Specialist

This is a full-time position open to applicants worldwide with the ability to work between 9am and 6pm Pacific Standard Time (US) regardless of your physical location.

Order Desk is looking for an experienced technical support specialist to join our 5-star support team. A normal support ticket here is equivalent to an escalations ticket at another company, so if you love a challenge and you're inherently curious to know more, this is the job for you.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $58,000 USD/year. We base our offer on your skills, experience, and role alignment.
