It’s our first release notes of 2025! December is historically a slow development month, and last month we reviewed 2024 with you. Let’s catch you up on everything we’ve been cooking up since November. As always, we’ve filtered out minor bug fixes and included the ones we think you’ll want to know about.
Also, we’re testing not including links to every feature update and fix. If you’re reading this and that’s something you found useful, please let our support team know.

Order Desk App Updates
- Some of you are making so many sales that our Dashboard feature broke. It’s fixed, but feel free to keep trying to break it!
- Rules that reference tags are more accurate now due to the addition of tag validation.
- In niche cases where you need to duplicate shipment information when copying orders, we’ve added a way to do that.
- Email templates previously required attachments. We’ve added a checkbox to make this optional.
- When importing products, imports can be skipped if a product doesn’t yet exist in Order Desk.
- Some in-app text and warnings were updated in a few areas for clearer communication.
- If an order duplication fails, we’ll automatically send an email to notify the store admin.
- A small adjustment was made to Reports that accounts for daylight savings time.
Integration Features, Updates and Fixes
All Integrations
- Page load speeds should see a slight improvement in some integrations thanks to a new asynchronous connection check. We’ll be working on a wider release over time.
- OAuth has been upgraded across all integrations.
Sales Channels
- We reevaluated how we’re handling order cancelations. The process has been simplified, which should open up easier cancellation support for future sales channels.
- Shopify
- Switched over to GraphQL to support Shopify’s new API. All stores connected to Shopify were notified of this separately last month.
- Shopify will now fall back to the billing address if no shipping address is provided.
- Amazon Marketplace
- If you need extra buffer time to edit Amazon orders before importing them into Order Desk, try the Import Delay feature!
- Amazon Direct Fulfillment
- The shipping label URL has been added as checkout data when fetching labels.
- Rithum (CommerceHub)
- More metadata (like vendor_message) is included at the order level.
- Houzz
- Inventory sync has been improved.
- Etsy
- If no shipping method is included when an order is imported, Order Desk now has a setting that can be enabled to search for the default shipping method on a per-listing basis.

- Wayfair
- Support for adding a shipment delay has been introduced.
- Webflow
- We’ve released V2 of our Webflow integration, which can now be found in the Webflow App Marketplace.
Fulfillment
- Deposco
- If your connection to Deposco returns a 401 error, you’ll be automatically disconnected until you’re able to troubleshoot that with them.
- Logiwa
- We reverted a previous change in how we look at inventory counts since it wasn’t behaving as expected. The same change was made to Logiwa IO.
- Ingram Content
- This integration will sync inventory counts from all available warehouses.
Print On Demand
- Y’all have a lot of artwork! We’ve updated the default amount of artwork on print on demand inventory items from two fields to five. Feel free to use only one, or go crazy and use all five. The world is your oyster.
- Vantage Apparel
- Vantage Apparel asked us to add a Program ID field to the connection page, so we did! 🙂

RECEIVED
status, so we’ve added support for it.
- Print Geek
- Added support for orders that include 100+ items.
- SwiftPOD
- Orders being sent to US Virgin Islands didn’t have an option to choose domestic shipping. That’s been fixed.
Payment Gateways
