Working Hours
All of our employees work 100% remotely across the globe, with the occasional in-person company retreat. We all start at slightly different times throughout the day, however, all our working hours overlap with US hours.
You’ll have the freedom to work when it suits you best, and we even encourage your furry friends and little ones to join in on the fun. We can’t wait to see what kind of cuteness overload they bring to our meetings!

International Employees

While many of our employees are located outside of the US, they work for us as independent contractors.
The only difference this makes for you is that international employees are responsible for paying taxes to their own government.
Rest assured, all statutory benefits are included in their salary.

For example, one company retreat was held in picturesque Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was a much-awaited event since the COVID-19 Pandemic began.
